Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns: Unopened and Unused Items: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Obtain Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number (RA) and instructions on how to proceed. Prepare Package: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging. Affix Return Label: Print the return label provided by our customer service team and securely affix it to the package. Ship Package: Ship the package back to the return address provided using a carrier that offers tracking. Please retain a copy of the shipping confirmation for your records. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items that meet the eligibility criteria. Non-Refundable Items: Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are generally non-refundable. Digital Products: Digital downloads or software licenses are non-refundable. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code may have restrictions on returns. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Shipping Policy

Standard shipping & handling will take 5-13 business days. Orders that cost $0-$50 will be charged $2.99 for shipping. Orders that cost $50-$100 will be charged $10.00 for shipping. Orders that cost $100 & up will be charged $17.00 for shipping.

How long does shipping take?

General & Subscription Orders: Ship within 3-5 business days. Gel Boxes Orders: As of August 29, 2024, we've implemented a pre-order system for our gel boxes, with an estimated shipping time of 3-4 weeks. This allows us to gather customer demand in advance and streamline our production process, resulting in lower prices for you.
