Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Unopened and Unused Items: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team at (562) 777-4285 or mdinh3@glamhousela.com to initiate a return.

  2. Obtain Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number (RA) and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Prepare Package: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging.

  4. Affix Return Label: Print the return label provided by our customer service team and securely affix it to the package.

  5. Ship Package: Ship the package back to the return address provided using a carrier that offers tracking. Please retain a copy of the shipping confirmation for your records.

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items that meet the eligibility criteria.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are generally non-refundable.

  • Digital Products: Digital downloads or software licenses are non-refundable.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code may have restrictions on returns.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
