Affix Return Label: Print the return label provided by our customer service team and securely affix it to the package.

Ship Package: Ship the package back to the return address provided using a carrier that offers tracking. Please retain a copy of the shipping confirmation for your records.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items that meet the eligibility criteria.

Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are generally non-refundable.
